Mushroom-broth kalguksu and bossam at Shabuway, Seohae shabu-shabu
Shabuway Ruwon City Cheongna Branch is an all-you-can-eat shabu-shabu restaurant in Ruwon City, Cheongna, Seohae, Incheon. Two adults tried the weekend/holiday prime shabu all-you-can-eat for ₩29,900, mixing basic (mushroom) and spicy broth, plus the self-serve corner's bossam (boiled pork wrap), chicken, sweet and sour pork, pizza, and desserts. Even as a couple who usually prefers spicy broth, the mushroom-broth kalguksu (knife-cut noodle soup) topped with kimchi was the standout combo.
