Why I looked for a blackhead sebum pack during the change of season
Ohh.. found something that felt weirdly unfamiliar but really good. Going through this seasonal change lately, my sebum has just been absolutely wild! So I went straight to searching for a blackhead removal sebum pack.
Ordered Friday morning and got it Saturday morning 😁 washed my hair first thing and happily put it right on my face. The name felt kind of like a swear word almost? A little awkward, but thanks to that it's unforgettable — CSSAE Trouble Facial Exfoliating Sebum Pack.
20 minutes on: how tight the CSSAE sebum pack feels
Just 20 minutes invested! Even a 20-minute application brings a 21.9% sebum reduction ❤️ It's a study reportedly run on 22 test subjects from July to August '26 by the Korea Institute of Dermatological Sciences, they say.
The first time I used it, unlike regular sheet masks, I felt my skin pull really tight — but that's a natural part of the process. It's the sheet absorbing and shrinking the sebum inside the pores, so all you need to do after peeling it off is moisturize well! There's also a good amount of essence loaded in the sheet so you can pat the extra onto your face after removing it haha.

It's a sebum mask that works by sticking on and pulling out! I love sheet masks and thought I'd tried it all, but this CSSAE one is genuinely unusual and clever.
The moment I peeled off both sides and stuck it on, my skin instantly clung tight and felt like it was getting better right away(?) haha. My husband and I both felt the exact same thing, so you really have to stick it on your own face to understand!
After peeling the mask off, along with the extracted sebum, 99% pure PDRN reportedly fills in elasticity along the pore walls and tightens the pore rim, locking it down firmly. The patented ingredient quercetin is said to help with anti-aging and sebum control, suppressing acne-causing bacteria and easing inflammation.

What the 0.3mm bio-cellulose sheet is like
A 0.3mm ultra-thin bio-cellulose sheet. This sheet absorbs the sebum and, without any extraction pressure, cleanly clears out the waste built up inside the pores.
After that clearing, antioxidant ingredients said to be 20 times stronger than vitamin C and 5 times stronger than tocopherol suppress the pore's sebum-producing enzymes, and after emptying it out, the mask reportedly also keeps down the cause of new oil production.
How to use the CSSAE Trouble Sebum Pack (the mistake that cost me one sheet)
How to use it, step one! Remove one side of the double-sided cover. Stick that removed side onto your skin, then remove the cover on the other side. -> This part was pretty confusing and I wasted my first sheet on it ㅠㅠ Please look carefully before sticking it on, ㅠㅠ so sad.
Double-check exactly like this! haha. Peel off one side, stick it onto your face, then peel off the remaining side.
Second, let it fully absorb the essence until the sheet dries completely like paper (anywhere from 30 minutes to 2 hours depending on the person). At that point, wet it with water and gently peel from the edges. Oh, once it's dry it feels really different — kind of like your skin has gotten that much better 🤔💚
Lastly! After removing the fully dried sheet, moisturize plenty with cream or essence. If you wet the peeled sheet with water afterward, you can actually see the waste that came out of your skin. Hah ㅠ haha.
When you don't see any waste on the sheet
-> Note that depending on your skin environment or the type of sebum, waste might not be visible even after wetting the sheet with water! Sebum buried deep in the pores or liquid-type sebum can apparently get absorbed into the sheet's oils and not show up as visible spots.
My sebum, which I honestly didn't want to know about... bye bye~~ Unlike regular sheet masks, this CSSAE mask skips chemical exfoliation that irritates skin, so even sensitive skin can use it.
After the mask, I slather on a generous moisturizing cream and layer this essence on top, or use it in place of body lotion — love it 💛💙
