What kind of place is Longtime Nossi, a pizza spot with great atmosphere in Dongmyeong-dong?
I visited Longtime Nossi (롱타임노씨) Gwangju Dongmyeong branch while looking for a pizza place with a good atmosphere in Dongmyeong-dong. There are so many great eateries in Dongmyeong-dong these days, but this one satisfied me on both atmosphere and food quality, so I wanted to introduce it properly. After visiting in person, I understood why people call Longtime Nossi a top pizza spot in Dongmyeong-dong!

Is Longtime Nossi Gwangju Dongmyeong branch easy to find?
Longtime Nossi is on the 2nd floor of a building right in the middle of Dongmyeong-dong, so it was easy to find and convenient to reach. I really liked the location first of all: it catches your eye as you walk through the neighborhood's characteristic, atmospheric alleys, so I got there without getting lost.
It seemed like even first-timers could find it without trouble. It's also a handy spot to arrange to meet a friend or go on a date, which made it feel even more convenient.

What are the atmosphere and seating like at Longtime Nossi?
The lighting at Longtime Nossi is soft, the interior is stylish, and the wide spacing between tables meant it never felt cramped. The first thing I noticed on walking in was the atmosphere, and it's great for taking photos too. Overall it's clean yet comfortable, the kind of place where you want to stay a long time.
The interior itself is quite large, so it looked fine for group gatherings or company dinners. There were actually groups of several people eating together, and it didn't feel noisy or chaotic; the mood held up well, which I liked. Maybe that's why it also struck me as perfect for a casual beer, with a Dongmyeong-dong pub feel.

Can you drink beer at Longtime Nossi?
Longtime Nossi has everything from basic draft beer to a variety of other beers, so you can choose to suit your taste. There were plenty of choices that pair really well with pizza. Even though it's a pizza place, the mood is great for drinking, so I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a Dongmyeong-dong pub too. It doesn't feel like you eat and leave right away; it's a space where you can enjoy the atmosphere itself, which made it even more satisfying.

We ordered a half-and-half shrimp hot chicken and bulgogi pizza
This time at Longtime Nossi I ordered half-and-half and got shrimp hot chicken pizza and bulgogi pizza (marinated beef pizza) on one pie. Getting two flavors in one pizza was so nice. When you can't decide on a menu item, a half-and-half combo is honestly the best.

How spicy is the shrimp hot chicken pizza?
As the name suggests, Longtime Nossi's shrimp hot chicken pizza had an appealing spicy kick. It wasn't just harshly hot; the spice level was moderate, so I kept reaching for another slice.

The shrimp were plump and bouncy and the toppings were piled on generously, so the texture was great. The chicken topping was hearty too, so even one slice felt quite satisfying. The combination of cheese and spicy sauce worked so well that it was perfect with beer.

What does the bulgogi pizza taste like?
Longtime Nossi's bulgogi pizza had the sweet-salty flavor that Koreans can't help but love. The bulgogi marinade wasn't overdone, so I never got tired of it, and it went really well with the cheese. The meat was more generous than I expected, so I was satisfied the whole way through. The salty-sweet taste made it a great combo when eaten alternately with the shrimp hot chicken.

Is the pizza dough at Longtime Nossi thick?
The dough at Longtime Nossi is a moderate style, neither too thick nor too thin, so I could enjoy it to the very end. Above all, I really liked the texture. It's chewy yet plain, which brings out the flavor of the toppings, and I ended up eating the crust too without leaving any. That made me feel even more that this is a top pizza spot in Dongmyeong-dong.

Who would I recommend Longtime Nossi to?
If you want to enjoy tasty pizza and beer together in a place with a nice atmosphere, I really recommend Longtime Nossi in Dongmyeong-dong. Many people are probably looking for good eats in Dongmyeong-dong these days, and for a pizza and beer combo, this was just right.

It's great as a date spot and just as good for a casual get-together with friends. The interior is large and the atmosphere is nice, so visiting as a group seemed hassle-free too. The pizza menu has a really wide variety, so I found myself wanting to try other flavors next time.
