How did it feel on dehydrated oily skin?

I used it during a time when summer dehydration left my skin feeling oily, while pores and breakouts were also on my mind. It felt more moisturizing than my previous cleansing products, and for me, my skin felt less tight underneath after washing.

How did I use the cleansing balm?

After washing my hands thoroughly, I scooped out an appropriate amount onto dry hands and massaged my face. The balm texture turned oil-like as I massaged it, then emulsified into something milky when I added water.

After massaging, I rinsed it off with water and lightly finished with cleansing foam.

How was it when sebum and blackheads were a concern?

Because there is an emulsification step for sebum, it felt good to use when summer blackheads were a concern. This is a cleansing balm I tried with my own skin concerns in mind, managing both dehydration and sebum.

What ingredient blend does it describe?

According to the original post, it describes a blend of naturally derived ingredients including charcoal, white rice flower, rice bran, green tea, camellia oil, plum blossom, peony, mugwort, houttuynia cordata, jojoba, and olive.
