It came with a spatula, which made it easy to scoop out. The balm looked firm, but curled up when I scooped it with the spoon, then spread softly over the skin as if melting with body heat.

Even a small amount seemed to melt into a thin layer and spread widely for one use.

I usually use several steps—cleansing oil, foam cleanser, and even cleansing water—to remove waterproof mascara. This product felt soft as it went on, so rubbing around the eyes felt less burdensome.

How did I use it around the nose?

Since it is said to contain a sebum-softening ingredient, I used it by rubbing around my nose and the surrounding pores. It looked black like a charcoal mask while I rubbed it in, and afterward my skin felt moist and soft.

I did not think all the sebum would be cleared away in one use, so I planned to keep using it consistently.
