Paju bakery opening-run: carrot rapée sandwich and new flan
Boulangerie Tan Unjeong Main Branch is a neighborhood bakery in Paju's Unjeong district, on the 1st floor of Farm Tower, baking and selling everything same-day. Arriving right at the 10am opening, this visit scored a whole loaf of tangzhong milk bread, the beloved carrot rapée sandwich, and a brand-new flan. The baguette sandwich, packed with chicken and carrot rapée, was good enough to finish solo, while the flan's crisp tart shell and soft-dense filling stood out.
