I suddenly came to my senses, looked in the mirror and oops.. my lash perm had worn off and I'd ignored it for quite a while, haha. I'd already done the rest of my looks, so time for an upgrade! Where is Daet Gangnam Main Branch, and what are the hours and parking?

Daet Gangnam Main Branch is open daily 10:00-20:00 and is 319m from Gangnam Station Exit 4.

It's in a hot alley right by the station, and for parking you can use the first-come lot at 827-14 Yeoksam-dong or the nearby Yeoksam-dong community center!

Before the lash treatment, Daet Gangnam Main Branch checks in detail, in the consultation room, your usual lash care cycle and condition, eye shape, makeup habits and more. Besides lash perms, they also do lash extensions, hairline and lip treatments, so you can get a full-course beauty upgrade at Daet Gangnam Main Branch alone!

There was also a space where the head lash director and senior designers seem to train and do research!

I'd heard it's well known on Instagram as a great lash perm place near Gangnam Station, and sure enough there are separate private rooms and plenty of beds, so it would be good to visit with a friend or a partner too.

How long does the black tinting perm take, and how did sensitive eyes react?

The black tinting perm at Daet Gangnam Main Branch took under an hour in total, and even though my eye area is sensitive, I had it done without any discomfort or allergy. Before the perm you get a consultation and guidance, and fill out a treatment consent form before going in.

I asked senior designer Lumi for a tight lift with the black tinting perm! I was a bit worried because my skin around the eyes has been sensitive and prone to allergies lately, but thankfully the perm was comfortable!

How different was it before and after the black tinting perm?

Here's the before and after of the lash perm. The "before" is with eye makeup minus mascara, and even with makeup my lashes looked droopy and flat. After the treatment at Daet Gangnam Main Branch, even my bare eyes look defined and pretty! A lash perm really is the truth.

Even without eye makeup, it didn't feel empty at all, because my eye shape came alive so clearly! Since it's a black tinting perm, each lash feels coated and strong, and I even felt that my lashes got sturdier and healthier after a perm!

With lash nutrient serum applied every day, the black tinting perm from Daet Gangnam Main Branch has held up well for more than a week. Adding eye makeup and a makeup filter finished an eye look I love 👀✨ It's magic how a tiny difference changes your whole impression. I'll take care of it and go for another perm when it starts to loosen.
