Brewers Coffee Cheonan Sinbu Branch is a baked-goods-focused café in the Sinbu-dong food alley in Cheonan, Chungnam. Visiting after Saturday lunch meant a 20-minute wait at a full house, spent at the gacha shop next door, followed by an iced americano with Dubai financier, lemon madeleine, vanilla canelé, and Earl Grey canelé. The canelés — crisp outside, moist inside — were good enough to want a takeout box.
