Dumburger Yeouido is the new Yeouido branch of Dumburger, which is hugely popular in hotspots like Mapo, Sinyongsan and Yeonnam for juicy American-style handmade burgers. It has finally opened in Yeouido!

It only opened recently, so it's a clean, hip, brand-new burger spot, and as soon as I heard the news, Janggapi (the writer's nickname) rushed over!

With its explosive American burger vibe, Dumburger Yeouido sits near the KBS Annex and Saetgang Station, so it seems to be a favorite for office workers' lunches in Yeouido already.

Is Dumburger Yeouido busy at 1 pm on a weekend?

I visited on a weekend at 1 pm, when the lunch rush had calmed down a bit, and the place was still packed with customers. Delivery order alerts kept going off nonstop too, so word seems to be spreading fast among Yeouido residents and office workers that this is a handmade burger hotspot!

For sides you can pick crispy hash browns, chicken tenders and more. The tenders taste a lot like the whole chicken-thigh patty in the chicken burgers, so they looked like a really satisfying choice!

How does the DUMBIRD BURGER taste?

Cooking at Dumburger Yeouido starts the moment you order, so there was a bit of a wait at peak time. Still, the moment I saw the generous look of a freshly made, piping hot burger, the boredom of waiting vanished.

Between the soft, nutty sesame brioche buns sit a thick grilled whole chicken-thigh patty and a beef patty, and the juices burst out from the very first bite!

Salty American cheese and spicy jalapeños on top balance out the heaviness and richness of the meat just right.

The salty fries in the Dumburger Yeouido set were a treat dipped in the smooth ranch sauce that comes with them.
