Korean BBQ by Euljiro 3-ga Exit 11: mildest bone grill, Eulji Baektan
Eulji Baektan Ppyeogui is a white-charcoal bone-grill Korean restaurant and pub right in front of Exit 11 of Euljiro 3-ga Station in Jung-gu, Seoul. Stopping in with a close friend before an appointment in Chungmuro, the writer ordered the mildest spice level 1 seasoned bone grill with grilled scallions and rice balls, and the meat was so tender it slipped off the bone, with no gamey smell and deep charcoal aroma. Level 1 at Eulji Baektan Ppyeogui was gentle on the stomach and worth a return visit any time you pass through Euljiro.
