Potato-skin dumplings at Busan milmyeon restaurant Seomyeon Milmyeon
Seomyeon Milmyeon is a milmyeon (cold wheat noodle) restaurant on the first floor of Eos Plaza near Seomyeon Station in Busanjin, Busan. The writer and her husband ordered the entire menu — mul milmyeon, bibim milmyeon and dumplings — and remembered the 72-hour beef bone broth, the hand-torn toppings and the potato-skin dumplings most. Eos Plaza's private lot gives 30 minutes of free parking, so Seomyeon Milmyeon is an easy stop even by car.
