Nampo-dong offal restaurant with spicy udon: Bupyeong Yang Gopchang
Bupyeong Yang Gopchang is an offal restaurant in Nampo-dong, Jung-gu, Busan. My boyfriend and I ordered the small seasoned stone-pan yang gopchang, added udon noodles, shared a bottle of Daeseon, and finished with fried rice; the sauce-soaked udon was especially delicious haha. Verdict: a great pairing for drinks for two.
