007 Optical is a Namdaemun eyewear shop on the first floor of Sangdong Church, right by Hoehyeon Station Exit 7 in Jung-gu, Seoul, and was formerly called LOOK Optical. The writer and her husband spent 20 minutes choosing a ₩60,000 round black frame under the shop's sticker pricing system, then had a precision eye exam on ZEISS equipment that measured her cornea and how far her presbyopia had progressed. The lenses were cut in 15-20 minutes and waiting when she came back from lunch, and the finished glasses felt light with clear, clean vision.
