Changwon pork BBQ family dinner with cold buckwheat noodles: Godansu
Godansu Changwon Yongho Branch is an aged-pork Korean BBQ restaurant in the basement of Changwon's Garosu-gil. A meetup with a cousin turned into a spontaneous family dinner with an aunt and uncle: five servings of hangjeongsal (pork jowl) and samgyeopsal (pork belly), then pork neck and gabrisal (pork collar cap), finished with mool memil-myeon (cold buckwheat noodles), bibim-myeon and soft tofu doenjang stew.
