Why did I choose a calcium-magnesium supplement for my child?
Whenever I chose supplements for my child, I wondered which products I should be giving them. Preparing calcium, vitamin D, and magnesium separately was a hassle, so I started looking for something they could take all at once.

The product I chose was The Day Tunteun Kids Cal-Mag Plus K2 Strawberry Flavor. I looked at its combination of ingredients and, above all, whether it would be easy for my child to take.

What are the packaging and daily serving routine like?
The red-and-white package was easy to spot. The front displayed GMP and health functional food markings, and when I opened the box, the individual sticks were neatly arranged inside.
There are 30 2.5 g sticks, so taking one a day lasts a month. The individual packaging was convenient for storage, and it was easy to bring along just what I needed when going out or traveling.

Did my child like the strawberry powder?
When I opened a stick, the fine powder had a light strawberry scent. When I tasted it myself, it had a soft strawberry flavor without being overly sweet, and I noticed less of the chalky aftertaste typical of supplements.
My child ate it readily, almost like a snack. It can be taken directly or with water, so I chose whichever suited the situation, and one stick a day made it easy to keep up in everyday life.

What does it contain besides calcium?
The ingredient information says it contains calcium, magnesium, vitamin D3, and vitamin K2 together. Calcium and magnesium are in a 2:1 ratio, and the vitamin K2 uses an MK-7-form ingredient.

The nutrition information I checked listed 220 mg of calcium, 110 mg of magnesium, 10 μg of vitamin D, and 70 μg of vitamin K per stick. What felt most convenient was being able to reduce the hassle of managing several products separately.

I also checked the statement that no Japanese- or Chinese-sourced ingredients were used. Since it is something my child takes every day, I found myself paying attention to the ingredients and manufacturing information as well.
What was most convenient about giving it every day?
What I liked most was that my child wanted to take it on their own. I did not have to force it, and even on busy mornings, I could simply give them a stick with a glass of water. For me, the child-friendly flavor and easy daily packaging were especially memorable.
