Japanese whisky sampler and Dalwhinnie 15 at Plot, Sindang bar
Plot is a cocktail and whisky bar in Jung-gu, Seoul, open until 5am, right in front of Exit 11-1 of Sindang Station on the first floor of the Cheonggyecheon Doosan We've the Zenith complex. A couple sat at the bar and tried the Japanese whisky sampler (Yamazaki 12, Hakushu 12, Hibiki) for 50,000 won, the Bold Sicily cocktail for 22,000 won, Dalwhinnie 15 for 20,000 won, and a roasted sweet potato pistachio dish. With food quality this good, it's a spot worth returning to for a late-night date or gathering.
