Hi, I'm Remi! Today I want to write about a night out for drinks with my husband. I'm recommending Plot as a Sindang Station cocktail bar! It's a bar, but the atmosphere is so nice, the food is delicious, and the owner is kind and friendly — a place I'll definitely come back to.

Why it's great that this Sindang bar stays open so late

Sindang Plot is a bar near Sindang Station that stays open late! They're open until 5am, so for people who finish work late, it seems like a place to find a relaxing drink after a long day.

This is the inside of Plot, the Sindang Station whisky bar! My husband and I each had a light dinner beforehand and came for a drink, sitting at the bar.

There are bar seats as well as several 4-person tables, so it seems like a good spot for group gatherings too!

Plot has not just cocktails but a fairly wide range of wine and whisky too. Wine can be ordered by the glass, and they also have bottles.

Personally, what caught my eye on Plot's menu was the whisky sampler! If ordering a full glass of one kind feels like a big commitment, you can compare several whiskies little by little — each sampler comes with 3 whiskies, 15ml each.

In particular, the Japanese sampler comes with Yamazaki 12, Hakushu 12, and Hibiki Blender's, so I ordered one.

Tasting little by little through the whisky sampler, I could pick up the aroma and really savor each one! It felt like being in Japan while enjoying that leisurely moment.

At Plot, it's not just the whisky and drinks that are delicious — the food quality was really impressive too. That night I had a dish called roasted sweet potato pistachio (I don't see it on the current menu anymore 🥹).

The presentation is so pretty too 💡 Every dish was served this beautifully. I'd recommend this to anyone looking for a good Sindang spot that's open late (there are also lots of 24-hour tteokbokki places in Sindang, so it's great for staying out late, haha).

At whisky bars or cocktail bars, the food is usually the weak point, but at Plot, this Sindang whisky bar, every dish is genuinely good quality!

Roasted sweet potato with pistachio sauce was sweet and delicious! Next time I want to try the pasta too. The food tastes great and the atmosphere is nice — a Sindang bar worth recommending.

What does the Bold Sicily cocktail taste like?

Sindang's Plot definitely felt classy and carefully made when it came to cocktails too.

The cocktail I ordered was called Bold Sicily 🥃 Bold Sicily 30%, ₩22,000, made with grappa, calvados, amaro Averna, and Marsala wine — described to me as a sweet, strong, hefty cocktail.

It had a light smoky note too, along with a wine aroma and a nice heft to it!

🥃 Dalwhinnie 15y, ₩20,000 — this is the Dalwhinnie 15-year my husband ordered! The ice in the rocks glass looked so pretty too...🫶 I took a sip and Dalwhinnie was delicious too.

It's a Sindang whisky bar with a great atmosphere! Whisky can be ordered single or double, and the lineup is quite wide, from Glenfiddich, GlenAllachie, Glen Grant, Glenfarclas, and Balvenie to Islay whiskies like Laphroaig, Lagavulin, and Ardbeg — plenty to enjoy according to your taste. A Sindang Station whisky bar I'd recommend.

I'd recommend Plot for a date or a gathering.
