If you're traveling around eastern Jeju and want to try a bit of everything Jeju food has to offer, I'd recommend Woljeongri Galbibap.

On a Jeju trip there's so much you want to eat — black pork, abalone, seafood — but ordering each dish separately can add up fast in both portion size and price.

That's when a full tabletop spread, letting you taste several menu items at once, hit the spot.
Woljeongri Galbibap: the wait, the menu, and what Set B includes
Woljeongri Galbibap is popular, so there's a bit of a wait at the counter.

While waiting for a table, let's look at the menu first.

This time I ordered Set B, the tabletop spread. It's ₩22,000 per person. The lineup includes fire-grilled seasoned bulgogi, butter-grilled abalone, seafood pancake, 8 banchan, rice with soup of the day, and even seasoned crab.

A serving robot handles the food delivery.

Turns out Woljeongri Galbibap isn't just a great restaurant — they also give back to the community nearby. Glad I came here.

How Set B fills the whole table at Woljeongri Galbibap
Finally our turn — the robot arrived with our food.

Dishes started landing one by one and the table filled up in no time. This kind of abundance is really the charm of a tabletop spread, isn't it.

Getting to taste a little of several Jeju dishes rather than just one main was really satisfying as a traveler.

And then there's the seasoned crab on top of it all — a really solid lineup.

Fire-grilled bulgogi, half soy sauce and half spicy
First up, the fire-grilled seasoned bulgogi had a subtle smoky char, and the sweetish sauce went perfectly with rice. Being able to order it half soy sauce, half spicy made it even better!!

With fluffy rice and a table full of side dishes that pair so well with it, even people who usually can't finish a bowl of rice will find themselves wanting more here........

No wonder — with this many banchan, and refills are possible too!!!
Butter-grilled abalone and seafood pancake in Set B
The butter-grilled abalone can't be skipped either. The savory butter aroma paired with the chewy texture of the abalone really delivers that proper Jeju seafood feeling.

A piece of meat on warm rice is good enough to finish a whole bowl without any other side dishes, but the perilla leaf wraps are also the best.... Alternating between bulgogi and abalone let me enjoy meat and seafood together on one table

And personally, the dish I loved most was the pancake!!!!!!! The crispy pancake loaded with seafood was a real treat to eat.

The spicy, smoky fire-grilled meat is definitely a rice-thief, and paired with the 8 banchan and soup of the day, it really comes together like a hearty home-cooked meal.

As you eat, it gets spicy enough that you end up refilling mostly the non-spicy side dishes...

Why this Jeju table spread suits travelers who want to try everything
I finished a whole bowl of rice and then some — there was so much meat I had to leave a few pieces ㅠㅠ Above all, the strength of this set is being able to try a variety of things you want to eat in Jeju, all at once. If you're traveling eastern Jeju with family or friends and can't decide what to order, a tabletop spread like this makes things so much easier.

The interior is also nicely done, like a café

At ₩22,000 per person, you get fire-grilled seasoned bulgogi, butter-grilled abalone, seafood pancake, 8 banchan, rice and soup, and seasoned crab — a lineup I'd recommend to anyone who wants to eat a variety of foods evenly in Jeju.
If you're looking for a restaurant near Woljeong-ri Beach where you can eat a variety of Jeju food, I recommend stopping by Woljeongri Galbibap once!! Jeju trips are short and there's so much to eat — this generous spread is especially well-suited to Jeju travelers who find it a shame to eat just one dish.
