My left knee gives me trouble, so I use several knee braces. The Lifeclue Powerhold was one I kept reaching for because its silicone pad was flexible and easy to wash after wearing.

Does the silicone pad stay in place while moving?
Knee braces can slide down or twist as you move, so I tend to pay attention to how securely they stay put. With this one, the silicone pad wrapped around my knee area and fit closely, so I did not have to worry much about its position while moving.

What comes with the knee brace?
My set included the Powerhold Patellar Knee Brace, muscle tape, and a taping guide.

A dedicated case was included too. It was easy to open and close, making it convenient to store the brace before and after use.

How breathable and washable was the silicone pad?
The silicone pad has perforations, which made it feel breathable. It was sturdy yet flexible, and I could wash it right after wearing it, so it was easy to care for. I thought it could be comfortable to use in summer, too.

How did it feel on sensitive skin and over leggings?
Because my skin is sensitive, I first check whether a material rubs against me as I move. When I wore it, the spandex and soft Velcro finishes felt smooth, and skin friction did not bother me.
On chilly days, I often wore it over thin leggings. I liked that the silicone pad stayed closely in place without slipping, even over leggings.

Is it easy to put on and adjust?
I joined the silicone pad and spandex band, then adjusted it around my knee with the soft Velcro. It was not complicated to operate, so I could put it on in a few seconds, and it felt securely fixed.

What was the muscle tape set like for a first-time user?
I had never used muscle tape before, so I was unsure how to use it. I liked that a taping guide was included for reference. When I start exercising again, I am thinking of using it with the guide.
