After returning from my honeymoon trip to Japan, I prepared the 팩클리 RFID Blocking Passport Bag for my next trip. I looked at it mainly for its storage setup, which can keep not only passports but also cash, cards, and payment receipts together.

Why did I prepare a new passport wallet after my Japan trip?

After our wedding in January, we went on a honeymoon of about two weeks through Sapporo, Tokyo, and Osaka. I had visited Japan every year before that, but even when I changed my travel bag and wallet, storage always felt just a little lacking.

I hate being inconvenienced when I am out, so I tend to bring lots of different things. Once I started collecting payment receipts from Japan too, I still found myself wishing for more space even after getting another travel wallet.

Is it easy to open, close, and store receipts?

The 팩클리 passport bag fastens with a band. The band felt sturdy, yet it was easy to undo and open. There is also a zip storage pocket on the back that can be used without opening up the inside of the wallet.

I used coins often on my last Japan trip. For my next trip, I thought it would be handy to put coins or receipts received after payment in the rear zip pocket.

When you undo the fastening band and open it out, you can check the interior compartments. It is set up to divide up and carry different belongings.

What did I expect from the RFID-blocking feature?

When traveling overseas, I worried that card information could be stolen wirelessly. The 팩클리 passport bag is introduced as a product with RFID-blocking functionality, so I hoped it would help protect my card information.

Is there enough room for passports and payment cards?

It can hold three passports, whether they are old or new passport versions, and there was plenty of room for IDs and cards too. For overseas trips, I usually bring my main payment card plus one or two backup cards. In Japan, I even got a Suica transit card as a souvenir, so I needed more card storage.

I liked that this wallet has lots of places to separate cards, so I could organize them where they were all easy to see.

How are bills and coins stored separately?

We prefer paying with cash rather than cards, so we carried quite a lot of cash on our honeymoon too. The 팩클리 passport bag has a roomy compartment where bills can be stored flat.

When I first went to Japan, I brought a separate coin purse. It was convenient to use, but it added weight and bulk when packing. I liked that the 팩클리 passport bag has a clear zip compartment where I can see the coins mixed inside, which should make it easy to find and take out the one I need.

Can I take out belongings while wearing it over my shoulder?

An adjustable bag strap is included. Connect the strap buckles to the O-rings on both sides, and you can wear it over your shoulder so it sits close to your body.

When worn, the wallet faces upward, so it was easy to undo the fastening band and take out what I needed. The bag itself is introduced as weighing under 100 g, so I thought it could feel less burdensome even on trips with lots of walking.

On my last Japan trip, I took out my passport all the time for duty-free shopping, and I often paid with coins and bills too. On my next trip, I plan to keep all these belongings organized in one place. Since I tend to carry lots of different things in everyday life too, I think I can use it day to day as well.
