Songdo yakisoba spot for solo diners: shrimp and roe mayo add-ons
In short
Jojo Triple Street Branch is an okonomiyaki and yakisoba teppanyaki restaurant on the 1st floor of Building C at Songdo Triple Street in Incheon. On a solo visit, the writer ordered Jojo Yakisoba (14,000 won) with added shrimp and flying fish roe mayo, plus tonpeiyaki (pork and egg omelet) and a blueberry ade. Apart from an egg that came out fully cooked instead of soft-yolk, the savory soy-based house sauce and generous toppings were satisfying. Jojo Triple Street Branch is an easy pick for eating alone, with 5 hours of free parking.

I was craving really good yakisoba, so I headed back to a place I keep returning to: Jojo Triple Street Branch, a Japanese restaurant at Songdo Triple Street! It's famous in Songdo for okonomiyaki (savory Japanese pancake) and yakisoba (stir-fried noodles). Let's go~
Jojo Songdo opening hours and location
Jojo Triple Street Branch is open every day from 11:30 to 23:00, with a break time of 15:00–17:00 on weekdays only. Last order is at 22:10. It's on the 1st floor of Building C at Songdo Triple Street.

How many hours is parking free at Jojo, Songdo Triple Street?
You can park in the Triple Street underground lot, and you get a whole 5 hours of free parking without any validation. Drive over, eat, and shop, and you still have plenty of time~ Just note that the 5 hours include time spent circling or moving to another building (the lots of different buildings aren't connected), and after that it's ₩500 per 10 minutes. Good to know!
Finding Jojo's storefront and sign at Songdo Triple Street
The Jojo sign isn't written in Korean, but it says Okonomiyaki Jojo in big letters!

You can also check the menu and prices in front of the shop.

There's no break time on weekends, so even a late lunch or early dinner works. This is a Songdo okonomiyaki spot you can visit anytime!

Inside Jojo Triple Street Branch: tables and seating
The interior is fairly spacious, with about 12–14 tables, mostly for 2 or 4 people. Lots of customers come for solo meals, dates and family dinners in Songdo~ When the dinner rush hit, it was almost completely full!

There's an umbrella stand and baby chairs for guests with little ones, so it's no stress to bring kids~

It's an open kitchen, so you can see the food being cooked, which boosts trust on the hygiene side. And as a Japanese place known for tasty yakisoba and okonomiyaki, there were plenty of staff too!

Every seat also has a basket for your belongings. Love that!
Is Jojo in Songdo good for eating alone?
Here I am at Jojo for a solo meal in Songdo~ There's a teppan (iron griddle) built into the middle of the table to keep food hot, and the tableware is already set. Water is on every table, along with napkins and three sauces to drizzle to taste: fire sauce, signature sauce, and what I think is mayo sauce?
Jojo menu and how to order

Here's the Jojo menu (as of October 2026). The set menus are popular, from 2-person sets great for a Songdo date to hearty 3-person sets~ A la carte, you can order okonomiyaki, yakisoba, monjayaki (runny griddle-cooked batter) and fried rice, each with 2–4 variations by flavor and ingredients, so there's lots to choose from! There are also Japanese dishes that go well with a drink, like tonpeiyaki and teppan seafood, haha.

Jojo gives you a fox card with a stamp on the back, plus a notepad and pen. Write your nickname on the fox card and the menu items you want on the notepad~
- Jojo Yakisoba ₩14,000
- Shrimp add-on ₩3,000
- Flying fish roe mayo add-on ₩2,000
- Tonpeiyaki ₩9,000
- Blueberry ade ₩5,000

If you join the review event, you get a cold canned drink as a free extra, so don't miss out~

The dishes I ordered have arrived~ And pickles to cleanse the palate in between!

Jojo blueberry ade (5,000 won)
Jojo's blueberry ade is a refreshing drink that comes with a cute ribbon stick!

There are blueberries on top and blueberry syrup at the bottom, so once you stir it well you get a rich, tangy-sweet blueberry flavor. It's carbonated, so it's extra refreshing, haha.

Jojo Yakisoba with shrimp and flying fish roe mayo: worth adding?
Jojo Yakisoba (₩14,000) is stir-fried quickly over high heat with Jojo's signature sauce. I added shrimp and flying fish roe mayo sauce too, haha. My nickname was my favorite, Gwak Cheol-i!
In the photo the egg was soft-yolk, but the yolk must have broken during cooking because mine came out fully cooked.. As a soft-yolk person that's a little disappointing T_T but hey, it's still a fried egg.. haha.
The red pickled ginger really cuts the richness!! The ginger flavor is strong, so don't mix it all in. I'd eat it like a side dish~

I paid ₩3,000 extra for shrimp, and they were big with a nice springy bite, haha. I paid ₩2,000 more for flying fish roe mayo, and there's a generous amount of sauce under the fried egg, haha. The popping, nutty roe was very generous too~
There's lots of crunchy onion, and the yakisoba also has squid and meat! With seafood and meat together, how could it not be good, haha.

The noodles are springy, and the hearty shrimp, squid and meat are stir-fried in Jojo's soy-based signature sauce, which is savory without being too strong, so it's really tasty, haha. Add the fried egg and the flying fish roe mayo and it turns nutty and sweet, and a bite of red ginger now and then wipes out the richness! I think it'd be perfect with drinks too. A great Songdo yakisoba spot!

What does Jojo's tonpeiyaki (9,000 won) taste like?
Jojo's tonpeiyaki is a Japanese-style omelet packed with pork belly and cheese, with an appetizing drizzle of sauce on top!! The reliable meat and cheese combo plus crunchy cabbage inside keeps it from feeling too heavy, and the filling is truly generous.

Drizzling the fire sauce from the table on it works well too, haha.
Verdict on Jojo Triple Street Branch for a solo yakisoba meal
Overall, Jojo Triple Street Branch is a clean restaurant, and the open kitchen makes it trustworthy on hygiene, a Songdo okonomiyaki spot! It's a Songdo Triple Street restaurant with tasty Japanese dishes like okonomiyaki, yakisoba and monjayaki, with a whole 5 hours of free parking, and it's near Songhyeon-a, so it's perfect for a Songdo date or family meal followed by shopping, haha. The staff were friendly too, so it makes for a pleasant meal. Highly recommended, Jojo Triple Street Branch, a Japanese restaurant in Songdo~
