Haeundae Western restaurant with crispy fried enoki risotto: Bueokgan
Bueokgan Haeundae Branch is a Western restaurant on the second floor of a building on Dalmaji-gil in Haeundae, Busan, in front of Hillstate Weve, sharing the space with a bakery and a Chinese restaurant. Visiting with a friend, the writer ordered the abalone cream risotto and the basil margherita and ate at a wood-tone half-moon table with sofa seating, and the crispy fried enoki mushrooms piled on the risotto were the most memorable part. Bueokgan Haeundae Branch works well as a brunch or Western-food stop to pair with a walk or drive around Dalmaji and Mipo.
