What is Fluffy Bake Shop?
Fluffy Bake Shop is a salt bread (butter roll baked with sea salt) and baked-sweets dessert shop very close to Gongdeok Station. You can get takeout or sit down inside. I honestly can't remember which visit this is.. It's so good that I crave it regularly. I had errands nearby and stopped in, and then just a little more, haha, like a sparrow that can't walk past a rice mill.
The salt bread is great, and the financiers and madeleines are all great too T_T If you're nearby, definitely stop by! For Gongdeok Station desserts, this is a place I fully approve of *_*

Fluffy Bake Shop is a Gongdeok Station dessert shop known for baked sweets and salt bread made in the shop! This is my third visit already? ... It's delicious, I admit it.
There's a cute heart madeleine, and since it's autumn there's chestnut~ carrot~~~ and even yellow cheese, haha. Matcha lovers, gather round!
The top shelf has canelés, madeleines and financiers. I originally didn't like baked sweets, but at some point I fell for them. I love eating them with coffee. I'm happy to be here for Gongdeok Station desserts.
Should you queue at opening for Fluffy Bake Shop?
If you come late, the popular ones may be gone, so I recommend coming early and doing the opening-time run,,, I've done it before, and you can take home warm salt bread right away. (I ate it as soon as I got home and it was so good.. fresh-baked really is the best)

Fluffy Bake Shop's salt bread is definitely bigger than other places'!!! And the price isn't high? And it's delicious too.. Then I'm obviously buying here! Right? This time I got takeout ^^ I picked out everything I wanted and brought it home. I'm going to taste it from my Gongdeok Station dessert shop!!!
I'm a salt bread killer and have tried plenty of them everywhere, and Fluffy Bake Shop's salt bread is good. The size is an instant pass, but,,, the taste!!!!!! You can see the hollow cave inside (I failed to photograph it) and it's buttery yet clean-tasting!!!!

Fluffy Bake Shop's egg tart (₩3,800) has layers of pastry you can see, and that's the kicker. It's totally crisp T_T The sweet egg inside is a proper sugar recharge too!!!! But that crackly, crunchy outside is exactly my taste.
Fluffy Bake Shop Earl Grey, black sesame and plain madeleines
I used to like only plain financiers, but somehow I ended up loving madeleines too. The Earl Grey madeleine~~~~ haha. It's sweet and tasty. I ate the black sesame madeleine too but didn't get a photo.. It's good too, the black sesame flavor is really strong, so it hits the spot for a grandma-palate like mine. This Gongdeok Station dessert shop is doing its job?!?!?! ♥
I finished the last plain madeleine too, yum yum ^^ It was a happy dessert time. If you're having Gongdeok Station desserts, go go.. I'm going to run back to Fluffy Bake Shop once more before winter passes. The staff are also really kind and nice ♥
