Cheongchun Bulbbyeojjim & Gamjatang Jeongwang Station is a braised bone stew restaurant right outside Exit 1 of Jeongwang Station in Siheung, Gyeonggi. On a late weekend lunch, the writer ordered the medium gungjung bbyeojjim (royal braised bone stew) with added cheese sarie (extra noodle/topping), and found the meat sweet-and-salty like soy-braised jjimdak, with big bones and soft, easy-to-pick meat. A solid bone stew spot to bring someone who can't handle spicy food.
