Melatonin tablets for restless nights: GL Keep Melatonin Magnesium
In short
GL Keep Melatonin Magnesium Tablets are a sleep-routine supplement I tried in Korea after receiving the product. I took two tablets before bed each day; I felt I spent less time tossing and turning and woke up less often, though I did not feel fully refreshed in the morning.

What sleep concerns led me to start taking it?
For a while, it took me a long time to fall asleep and I woke up often during the night. Even after sleeping a lot, I did not feel refreshed and was tired from the morning, so I wanted to establish a sleep routine.

At that point, I received GL Keep Melatonin Magnesium Tablets and began taking them. When I spent time tossing and turning, I did not feel well the next day either, so feeling as though I had slept deeply for the time I was in bed became important to me.

What about the formula interested me?
What interested me was the combination of melatonin, magnesium, and vitamins. The product was introduced as a three-part combination of GL Melatonin, GL Magnesium, and GL Vitamin Golden Kit.

How did I take it?
I took two tablets a day before bed. Adding it to my bedtime routine made it feel simple to keep up with.

What differences did I notice at bedtime and in the morning?
As I kept taking it, I felt that I spent less time tossing and turning when falling asleep. It also seemed that I woke up a little less often during the night. Still, I would not say I felt refreshed when I woke up in the morning, although I did feel that I had gotten some sleep. That was the extent of the change I noticed.

What were the ingredient information and packaging like?
I liked the information stating that it contains no sugar, flavoring, or coloring, and that it was made at a HACCP-certified facility.

The individual PTP blister packaging was convenient for storage. It was also easy to carry, so I thought it would be useful to take along on business trips or travels.
