This post introduces GL Keep Melatonin Magnesium Tablets, which I received as a provided product.

Why I became interested in a sleep supplement
Lately, my sleep quality had declined, making each day difficult. I do not drink alcohol, and I only drink decaf coffee during the day, but I still could not sleep properly. As summer approached, I was also managing my diet and exercise, so I became more interested in sleep.

The day after not getting enough sleep, I had trouble concentrating and felt more sensitive. Some days, I felt irritable or low.

I craved more sweets and carbohydrates, which made it difficult to stick to my diet. Even with the same exercise, my body felt more tired, so I wanted to sleep well and recover feeling refreshed.

What ingredients is the product introduced as containing?
GL Keep Melatonin Magnesium was introduced as a product combining melatonin and magnesium. The blend listed in the original post is 50% GL-Melatonin Magnesium, 25% GL-guard Glucollagen, and 25% GL-Vitamin Golden Kit.

It was described as containing no added sugar, flavoring, or coloring. The melatonin was introduced as a plant-based ingredient obtained from Montmorency tart cherries from Poland.
What were the directions for taking it?
The directions said to take two tablets just before bed, which I thought would be convenient. This is the product-use guidance written in the original post.

Did I record any sleep changes after taking it?
This post introduces the product at the stage when I was planning to try it. I did not record how long I took it, whether the time it took to fall asleep changed, or whether I felt different the next day.
