Siheung charcoal grill house half-and-half platter: Daehwa Sutbul
Daehwa Sutbul Garden Siheung Janggok Branch is a charcoal-grill Korean BBQ restaurant in Janggok-dong, Siheung, Gyeonggi. On a Sunday afternoon visit with her husband and child, the writer ordered one half-and-half meat platter plus baby rice (soy sauce egg rice), and the set came with sausage, chicken gizzard meat, chicken skirt meat, kalguksu (knife-cut noodle soup) and ice cream. The most memorable part was toasting the tortillas served as a basic side dish on the grill and using them to wrap the meat.
