Bubyeokjeong Pyeongyang Mandu is a Korean restaurant in Paju, Gyeonggi, serving handmade Pyeongyang dumplings and Pyeongyang naengmyeon (cold buckwheat noodles) at 129 Jimok-ro. Pyeongyang mul-makguksu and bibim-makguksu (₩12,000 each), mung bean pancake (₩10,000) and Pyeongyang plate mandu (₩8,000) came after a 10-minute lunchtime wait, and the mul-makguksu broth was mild without tasting watery. At Bubyeokjeong Pyeongyang Mandu the cold noodles satisfy just as much as the well-known mandu hot pot.
