Bossam boiled 3 times a day and a ₩10,000 set in Sangdaewon, Seongnam
Bossam Ae Kalguksu Seongnam Sangdaewon Branch is a gabrisal bossam (boiled pork) restaurant on Geumsang-ro in Seongnam, Gyeonggi. The kitchen boils gabrisal three times a day, at 11am, 3pm and 7pm, and a small bossam order came with two servings of free kalguksu (hand-cut noodle soup) and self-bar rice, while the bossam set of bossam, kalguksu and rice was 10,000 won. Dipping the pork back into the hot kalguksu broth brought back that just-boiled taste, and that was the best part of the meal.
