I tried the Meda Bag Straw Rattan Crossbody Bag as a summer daily bag. I was looking for a bag with a breezy feel to suit lighter outfits. I received the product and am sharing my experience after using it myself.

Does it feel hard on your shoulder after wearing it all day?
I usually hesitate to buy rattan bags because I worry the material may be stiff or heavy. When I first picked this one up, it felt lighter than I expected. I actually wore it while going all around for a full day, and it did not feel especially burdensome on my shoulder.

Do the color and details go well with summer clothes?
The little keyring on the bag became a nice accent. It suited the bag well and made the overall look feel a little cuter, which I liked.

The overall colors are natural ivory and beige tones. With a white dress or a light-colored T-shirt, it gave off a resort-like feel, while with relaxed pants, it worked without looking overly dressed up. It has rattan's naturally cool, easygoing mood, so I think it would suit the beach or a travel destination, too.

I also took quite a few photos while wearing the bag. Especially in bright sunlight, the rattan material looked lovely and really brought out the summer mood.

How much can it hold for an outing?
The storage space was roomier than it looked. It was enough for the phone, card wallet, small pouch, and wet wipes I normally bring when going out. The inside is lined, so I worried less about small items slipping through the rattan, and the zipper also reduced the concern that belongings might spill out while I was moving around.

The front of the bag has a flap and closure detail, which adds an accent to its appearance.

How did I wear it and style it with outfits?
The strap has plenty of length, so I could wear it long as a crossbody or naturally drape it over one shoulder. Wearing it crossbody was convenient when I wanted to keep my hands free, and what I liked most was that it did not feel heavy even after wearing it all day.

With a dress, it created a resort-like mood, while with a short-sleeved T-shirt and jeans, it suited a comfortable everyday look. Paired with light-colored clothes, I think it would be useful not only in summer but from spring through early fall.

What care instructions were provided?
The care instructions said to lightly hand-wash only the stained area or wash it separately. If using a washing machine, they recommend using a laundry mesh bag and avoiding machine drying.

Rather than soaking it in water for a long time or rubbing it hard, I thought it would be better to carefully treat only the stained area.
What did I like most after using it myself?
What I liked most was its light weight and comfortable feel. It fit the belongings I normally carry and went naturally with summer clothes, making it easy to wear out without feeling weighed down.

The photos captured the summer mood nicely too, so I think I will reach for it often this summer. It is a bag I would use for everyday outings and want to bring along on trips as well.
