Young Coffee's vivid blue interior catches your eye even from far away. The exterior grabbed me first, and that refreshing brand color pulled my feet right toward it!

I had actually just finished eating, but I still had room for dessert. I wanted a good dessert and a cup of coffee so badly that I happily headed inside!

Inside, the shop was much bigger and more pleasant than I expected! There are several different kinds of seats, and quite a lot of tables too!

The spacing and layout of the seats are relaxed, so you can rest in peace without being disturbed by the person next to you or other tables!

It looked good for studying or laptop work too, so I took care of a bit of leftover work myself.

What made me happiest and stayed with me most during my time at Young Coffee Jamsil Trizium was how incredibly kind the staff were.

From taking my order to handing over my items, every single person was warm and friendly.

Beyond just being nice to customers, you could feel the staff respecting and communicating well with one another.

Seeing them work together so harmoniously, with real respect and consideration, I felt positive energy spread through the whole shop!

What did I order at Young Coffee Jamsil Trizium?

This day I ordered the mugwort Einspänner (아인쑥페너) and the brown cheese gelato croffle (croissant waffle)! Young Coffee is famous for its ube latte, right? I really wanted to try the purple ube latte too, but

this time the "Ainsseukpener" on the menu pulled me in, with a name that was so cute and unique!

Mugwort gives it a healthier, nuttier image, so I ordered it without hesitation. For a guaranteed sugar boost I also ordered the brown cheese gelato croffle as dessert. Doesn't the name alone sound like a sugar explosion? haha

How did the mugwort Einspänner taste?

The mugwort cream on top of the smooth coffee was really charming! The distinctive mugwort aroma spreads gently, and the sweet cream and coffee blend so well that I kept sipping! If you usually like mugwort desserts, I think you'll be quite satisfied!

What does the brown cheese gelato croffle taste like?

On a freshly baked, warm and crispy croffle came chewy, cold gelato, generously sprinkled with salty-nutty brown cheese!

Warm croffle plus cold gelato, of course it danced around in my mouth haha. I don't think there's a more perfect pairing for an after-meal dessert lol

How varied is the Young Coffee menu?

Young Coffee Jamsil Trizium has plenty of non-coffee drinks as well as coffee, plus seasonal items and several kinds of desserts, so it seems fun to try something new every visit.

The drinks and desserts are so varied that I want to keep coming back and work through them like a stamp rally, with a different drink each time! Next time I definitely want to try the best-selling ube latte :-)

There's no hassle or awkwardness of tracking down busy staff to ask, so as a customer I felt really comfortable and at ease! It's a small thing, but it showed thoughtful, customer-focused care, which made this a model café!

Surrounded by a cool, stylish interior and looked after by friendly staff, I had a record-breakingly sweet and delicious dessert time. It was a really happy afternoon.
