Gyewondang Ingye Branch is a Western-style donkatsu (pork cutlet) restaurant in Ingye-dong, Suwon, near Suwon City Hall Station, where every main arrives as a full Korean table setting. The writer ordered the Gyewon Set (assorted cutlets) and the grilled salt steak set at 12,500 won, working through the whole chicken thigh cutlet, the fried chicken steak and the handmade pork loin cutlet, plus a flame-grilled chicken thigh steak served over bean sprouts. With rice, soup, salad and seasonal side dishes laid out for each person, Gyewondang Ingye Branch makes a filling one-plate meal.
