Honestly, braised pollock isn't the easiest dish to make at home (is it just me..?), so I never even thought about trying to cook it myself. It reminded me once again that this is exactly the kind of dish you need to go out and eat haha. It was great with plain rice, and just as great with ssammu~
Can you tell how quickly we polished off the braised pollock? My dad and I even wiped out every last bit of rice cake — didn't leave a single piece haha. This braised pollock is seriously delicious... If you like braised pollock, you have to go. I bet the spicy braised short ribs are good too even without trying them — next time, I'm going for those!
