How did it remove makeup?

How do you use it?

I scooped out an appropriate amount with the spatula, applied it to my face, and rolled it over my skin for about 30 seconds. The solid balm melted like an oil when it met my body temperature; then I added water to emulsify it, rolled thoroughly once more, and rinsed.
