Gongdeok hanwoo dining with tilefish in neungi broth: Usu Dinner B

Usu is an all-private-room hanwoo (Korean beef) dining restaurant on level B2 of Lotte Castle President, right at Exit 2 of Gongdeok Station in Mapo, Seoul. To celebrate a younger sibling, the Dinner B course for two brought ugyejinjuk porridge, three bite-sized dishes, Jeju tilefish in neungi mushroom broth and 1++ hanwoo sirloin grilled on a personal tabletop grill, and the anniversary request added sparkling wine plus dried-persimmon rolls and walnut yakgwa for dessert. Between the quiet rooms and the polished course, Usu works just as well for a sangyeonrye (families' first meeting) or a wedding anniversary dinner.
