After a weekend 7pm wait behind two parties, the writer ordered 400g of Sancheong black pork raw ribs with a mixed vegetable set for 41,000 won, three pieces of pork skin for 8,000 won, and kkakdugi (radish kimchi) fried rice for two for 7,000 won. The aged meat was thick but easy to grill, and unlimited scallion salad and sour kimchi from the self-serve bar sealed the deal.
