Baekseok Station pork BBQ for two: 600g Jeju platter at Dokbul Janggun
Dokbul Janggun Ilsan Baekseok Branch is a dwitgogi (off-cut pork) BBQ restaurant 236m from Exit 6 of Baekseok Station in Goyang, Gyeonggi. Two friends came after work for a birthday and shared the Dokbul 72 Aged Jeju Platter 600g (kkodeulsal, bbol-hangjeong and nakyeopsal, 200g each) with Hallasan cheese steamed egg, a complimentary cheonggukjang (fermented soybean stew) and the owner's homemade mul-kimchi (water kimchi). Dokbul Janggun is worth a return trip when you want pork cuts beyond the usual samgyeopsal or pork shoulder.
