What are the texture and contents of HEEDA charcoal cleansing balm like?
It is a solid balm in a black container. It came with a one-touch lid, an inner lid, and a spatula. I found it convenient that not much product stuck to the spatula even when I placed it on top after use.

When it touched my hands, it melted softly with body heat and turned into an oil. After meeting water, it felt as though it dispersed like milk, and I felt it left a fresh finish without greasiness after washing.
