Baegot Korean BBQ with three aged pork cuts: Hamdon Baegot
Hamdon Baegot is an aged-pork Korean BBQ restaurant in the Baegot new town district of Siheung, Gyeonggi. The writer ordered one serving each of aged pork jowl, aged five-layer pork belly and raw galmaegisal (pork skirt meat) to compare the three cuts, and the table filled up with minari (water celery) wraps and a large bowl of bone soup that came included. What stayed with the writer most was how much this pork tasted like beef.
