Paldam Sundae Gimpo Main Branch is a handmade sundae (Korean blood sausage) gukbap restaurant on Ungok-ro in Gimpo, Gyeonggi, open only 10:00–15:00 daily because the owner makes the sundae fresh every morning. On a Saturday visit booked through CatchTable's remote queue, Paldam Sundae served 211 Chef's spicy sundae-guk at 22,000 won and sous vide head meat suyuk at 15,000 won, plus an unlimited organ meat self-bar. The suyuk was so tender it nearly stole the show, making Paldam Sundae worth another trip on any return to Gimpo.
