Suwon cocktail bar with a hookah room in Ingye-dong: Janhyang
Honsulbar Janhyang is a new solo-drinking bar just off the main bar street in Ingye-dong, Suwon, with a separate hookah room at the back. After an afternoon around Haenggung-dong, the writer stopped by in the evening with her boyfriend for the two signature cocktails, Janhyang and Yeoun, at 15,000 won each: Janhyang tastes like sweet peach iced tea, while Yeoun is strong with a coffee note. With the lighting, music, blankets and phone chargers, Janhyang is a bar you come to for the atmosphere as much as the drinks.
