Solo Korean BBQ after work in Yeonsinnae with free yukhoe: Sambaek
Sambaek Hanu Daecheop is a Hanwoo (Korean beef) BBQ restaurant at the entrance of the Yeonsinnae Station Exit 7 food alley in Eunpyeong, Seoul. After a rough day at work, the writer ordered the hanu saeng-deungsim bansang (raw sirloin set) for ₩42,000 and a bottle of Saero soju for ₩5,000, and ate until full thanks to complimentary yukhoe (raw beef tartare) and doenjang jjigae (soybean paste stew), plus an 8-minute-preheated stone plate and ₩1,000 refillable green onion kimchi. Great value and generous service make it a solid pick for beef cravings in Yeonsinnae.
