Namyangju gopchang restaurant with charcoal grilling: Chodaechang
Chodaechang Byeolnae is a gopchang restaurant near Byeolbit Village in Namyangju. I tried grilled Korean beef intestines, makchang, and doenjang sulbap, with staff grilling everything over charcoal. The spacious, tidy dining room and effective ventilation made the meal comfortable, and I especially liked the beef intestines’ savory flavor and smoky aroma.
