I tried AutoGrooming Glass Oil Film Remover, a self car-wash product. What I liked most while using it was how easy it was to work with.
What kind of glass care is this product for?
AutoGrooming Glass Oil Film Remover is introduced as a product for removing oil film left on vehicle glass surfaces. It is geared toward managing glass grime that is hard to clear with an ordinary wash alone, such as marks that remain even after running the wipers or rainbow-like reflections.
How did I use it while the glass was still wet?
I used it by applying it and rubbing with a towel, without any special equipment.
After a light wash, I applied the product while a little water still remained on the glass. It spread smoothly and was easier to work with when the surface was slightly wet rather than completely dry.
After lightly rubbing the applied area with a towel about five times, I could feel the oil film coming off. In my use, I did not need to apply much force, so there was less strain on my wrist and arm.
How did the glass feel afterward?
The biggest benefit I noticed during the process was how easily I could do the job. It took away some of the burden of having to rub hard for a long time.
Afterward, the glass felt squeaky-clean at my fingertips. I was happy with the feel of the surface after tidying it up.
