Baegyeom Makchang Euljiro Main Branch is a salt-cured, aged makchang (grilled pork intestines) restaurant near Euljiro 3-ga Station on Supyo-ro in Jung-gu, Seoul. The writer ordered two servings of salt makchang with ginger highballs, plus spicy grilled makchang and kimchi noodle soup, and was especially struck by the white soybean soup served on arrival. Picky about highballs, the writer says the ginger highball alone guarantees a return visit.
