We came close to last order, and this photo was taken after we finished eating. Ring the mini bell on the table with a clang and the staff come over. The food looked delicious, with impressive colors and textures, and above all the rabbit pasta 🐰 with mozzarella shaped like a rabbit. I ordered it because I wanted to try it at least once, and it was a huge success ✨

At Brivit Gangnam you can help yourself to unlimited homemade pickles! On the deck in the middle of the restaurant there's a corner with phone chargers and pickle refills, and I lost count of how many times I went back for the beet pickles, which had just the right saltiness ✨

I ordered Brivit's Greek yogurt and tomato salad as one of the main dishes 😁 First I fell for the pretty look, and then the whole basil leaves, purple sweet potato chips, sweet sauce and the creaminess of the yogurt all made it a satisfying pick!
The tomatoes themselves are lightly marinated and feel very fresh, and with everything blended together it pairs really well with other dishes! If it passes on looks, it passes twice as a side dish for the meal 💕
Scallion cream corn gnocchi: why it's the signature
Brivit's scallion cream corn gnocchi is a creamy gnocchi with soft, chewy dumplings, and even the olives and celery feel moist ☺️ The whole corn kernels are lightly torched on top, which adds to the look!
The chewiness made the gnocchi even better, and it was satisfying enough that I could see why it's the signature at Brivit, the Gangnam Station pasta favorite! I highly recommend adding it to your order 😄

The final kick was the rabbit pasta, Brivit's new menu item. It has rigatoni in a tomato-based sauce packed with whole shrimp and squid, topped with rabbit-shaped cheese ✨
It looked delicious, the basil leaves made the colors fun, and it tasted good too, this cute rabbit pasta from Brivit near Gangnam Station 🩵 I highly recommend it as a dinner date course in Sinnonhyeon!
