Seongnam omakase restaurant with gamtae uni: Suyori Sikdang
Suyori Sikdang is a Japanese omakase restaurant near Pangyo Station in Seongnam, Gyeonggi. I enjoyed creative sushi toppings, gamtae uni, shiitake udon with tenkasu, and tempura, requesting less shari so I could comfortably finish the course. Verdict: the inventive combinations and deeply flavored broths were especially satisfying.
