The Goyoon Heated Eye Mask comes as 20 individually wrapped masks in a small box. The box is small, so I wondered whether 20 would really fit..? But the packs themselves are slim, so they all fit.

After sleeping with the Goyoon Heated Eye Mask, my eyes felt less stiff the next day. And my headache eased!!

There are 20 in the box, and each one is only palm-sized, so they take up no space xx The brand says the eye compress effects include relief from muscle tension and pain, relief from stress and fatigue, and temperature regulation and better blood circulation. What I can say from actually using it is that my eyes felt less stiff the next day. I guess better circulation is behind it, and it really works, which surprised me.

How to wear the Goyoon Heated Eye Mask

When you tear open the plastic, there's one sleep mask made of a non-woven(?) fabric, folded. You unfold it to use, so don't worry and just take it out.

When you unfold the half-folded mask, there's a layer of fabric attached to the back. Boldly tear it off!! That part becomes the ear loops. The design isn't flashy, so you can wear it outside without feeling embarrassed.

There's also a perforated cut line near the ears, and it tears off easily. You hook that part over your ears.

Is the inner fabric gentle on skin?

The inner side of the Goyoon Heated Eye Mask is soft, so I didn't have to worry about skin irritation. Some eye masks you buy by mistake are rough on the inside, but this one is soft, so, good good.

How long does the heat last, and is there a risk of low-temperature burns?

The brand says the Goyoon Heated Eye Mask keeps a temperature of 43°C for about 40 minutes once opened. They say there's a risk of low-temperature burns if heat lasts too long, but honestly, when you fall asleep with an eye compress or eye mask on, you can't really tell, right? T_T

But the heat lasts 40 minutes and after that it's just an eye mask, so you can use it without worry, which I think makes it even better.
