Itaewon pork bone stew with soybean cream broth: Nuri Maeul Gamjatang

Nuri Maeul Gamjatang Itaewon Branch is a gamjatang (pork bone stew) and braised-bone restaurant on the second floor of the building right in front of Itaewon Station in Yongsan, Seoul. The order was a medium soybean cream gamjatang for 43,000 won plus extra ugeoji (dried radish greens) for 4,000 won and a bowl of rice for 1,000 won, all placed on the table tablet, with side dishes and dishware arriving by unmanned delivery cart. The soybean cream, thick like a mousse, gave the broth a nutty richness that made it a filling meal.
