Wood-fired pizza and squid ink pasta in Pangyo: Raon Sik Tak
Raon Sik Tak Pangyo Branch is an Italian restaurant on Baekhyeon-dong Café Street in Pangyo, Seongnam, known for pizzas baked fresh in a wood-fired oven. On a weekday lunch visit, the writer tried the Cotto e Ricotta pizza made with 72-hour cold-fermented dough and a squid ink tomato fettuccine loaded with seafood. The pizza, fresh out of the oven, was the best wood-fired pizza the writer has had recently, and a public parking lot within walking distance made the visit easy.
